What we collect

We collect the following:

• Contact form: name, work email, company, interest, and the message you submit
• Technical logs: server and content delivery network (CDN) logs, including Internet Protocol (IP) address, user agent, path, and timing

We do not use analytics cookies or other non-essential tracking on this site. Don’t put secrets or production credentials in the form.

Why we process it

We use contact-form details to reply to discovery requests and take steps before a possible contract. We use logs to run and secure the site. We rely on legitimate interests in operating a business website and responding to enquiries. We don’t sell personal data.

Where data goes

Cloudflare hosts the site and processes technical logs. Form submissions pass through Resend (our email delivery provider) to our operations inbox for follow-up. Cloudflare and Resend may process data outside the United Kingdom. Where they do, they use appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep discovery submissions while we respond and for ordinary sales follow-up afterwards, then delete or anonymise them. You can ask us to delete sooner. CDN and server logs follow our host’s retention settings and what we need for security.

Your data rights

Where you live, you can ask to access, correct, or delete your data, or to object to some processing. Write to privacy@buildmyidea.dev.

Client operational data

The MSA and DPA for that engagement govern monitoring access, incident records, and other client operations data. This marketing notice does not.
